Customer's reviews
Exceptional team at P & S Plumbing Hilo. Accepted our plumbing needs while two other companies said they did not come out this far. Gave us our estimate , on their return, worked quickly and efficiently to repair our outdated unit.
Super friendly and professional at its best. Very, very kind put me at ease.
My husband commented on what a great job was done. Thank you. Will definitely use them and refer to others.

Sharing a super positive customer service experience with P&S Plumbing Hilo. Everyone I dealt with (i.e., Beth, Eric, Gary, Jacob & Jeremy) were courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Jacob for same-day delivery and installation of a long overdue new hot water tank and hauling away of an old one. His service was provided efficiently and at a high professional level. Not to mention that Jacob repaired a broken water tank closet door while waiting for the decommissioned tank to drain. He did not waste any time on the job. Truly wonderful and exceptional service which is otherwise hard to find locally.

P&S Plumbing's Jeremy came through again for us big time. We had a plumbing leak that required detection by a specialized company (Kona Labs), then Jeremy came and was able to use the detection flag, find the leak (punctured by a large rock atop the pipe), move the rock and fix the leak within one hour. He replaced the sod, and the spot is good as new. Bravo! We highly recommend P&S Plumbing and Jeremy!
