Sharing a super positive customer service experience with P&S Plumbing Hilo. Everyone I dealt with (i.e., Beth, Eric, Gary, Jacob & Jeremy) were courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Jacob for same-day delivery and installation of a long overdue new hot water tank and hauling away of an old one. His service was provided efficiently and at a high professional level. Not to mention that Jacob repaired a broken water tank closet door while waiting for the decommissioned tank to drain. He did not waste any time on the job. Truly wonderful and exceptional service which is otherwise hard to find locally. ~ Judy H

P&S Plumbing's Jeremy came through again for us big time. We had a plumbing leak that required detection by a specialized company (Kona Labs), then Jeremy came and was able to use the detection flag, find the leak (punctured by a large rock atop the pipe), move the rock and fix the leak within one hour. He replaced the sod, and the spot is good as new. Bravo! We highly recommend P&S Plumbing and Jeremy! ~ Joel T

P&S Plumbing did an excellent job on short notice. Replacing the toilet bottom seal turned into an all day job due to floor wood rot from the leaking seal. Jacob was very experienced and explained what needed to be done, and proceeded to accomplish the work. He put priority into this work as he knew this was the only toilet in the house. I would highly recommend P&S Plumbing; Jeremy did an excellent job installing a new propane gas space heater and pipe at my home. The new pipe was plumb and level, properly supported, all penetrations were sealed, and the site was left very clean. I would not hesitate to use P&S Plumbing for any future work. ~ Nick M
